Who we are

Elevate (“Elevate”, “we”, “us”) provides the AI Practice Portal, a platform that helps managed service providers (MSPs) package, sell, and deliver AI solutions to their business clients. This policy describes how we handle information when you use the platform at platform.elevatemsp.ai or connect business systems to it. Questions go to russ@elevatemsp.ai.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Name, email address, and organization details when you sign in (via Google or Microsoft single sign-on) or are invited to a workspace.
  • Workspace content. Material you or your organization create in the platform: client records, proposals, catalogs, campaign content, and messages exchanged with AI agents.
  • Connected business data. When an authorized administrator connects a business system (for example a CRM such as HubSpot, or accounting software such as QuickBooks Online), we sync the records that connection was authorized to read (such as companies, contacts, deals, or accounting entries) into an isolated data workspace dedicated to that client organization.
  • Usage and diagnostics. Logs, telemetry, and device information used to operate, secure, and improve the service.

How we use information

We use information to provide and operate the platform, to generate the reports and AI-assisted outputs our customers request, to secure and troubleshoot the service, and to communicate with you about it. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your workspace content or connected business data to train generalized AI models.

Credentials and authorization

Access to connected systems is granted by you through each provider’s own authorization screen. Credentials for connected data sources are held by the data-integration provider or a dedicated secret store, never stored in plaintext in our application database. You can revoke a connection at any time from the platform or from the source system, after which no new data is synced.

Service providers

We rely on a small set of subprocessors to run the service: Google Cloud Platform (hosting and infrastructure), Supabase (managed databases), Fivetran (data synchronization for connected sources), and Anthropic and Amazon Web Services (AI model processing). Each receives only the data needed to perform its function under contractual confidentiality obligations.

Data isolation and security

Each client organization’s synced business data is stored in its own isolated database with role-scoped, read-only reporting access. Data is encrypted in transit, access is authenticated and role-based, and administrative actions are audit-logged.

Retention and deletion

We retain information while an account or connection remains active. When a data connection is disconnected, new syncing stops; previously synced data is retained according to the owning organization’s retention settings and deleted on request. Contact us to request deletion of your organization’s data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you. Send requests to russ@elevatemsp.ai and we will respond within the timelines applicable law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy we will update this page and revise the date above. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
